Checking…
Upload weekly results
Pick the night and week, load the matches, then photograph or scan each scoresheet (or enter it by hand). The site reads the shaded circles, shows you what it saw for checking, and does all the maths: match scores, ladders and player percentages. Uploading the same match again just replaces it. Several people can upload different matches at the same time.
Auto-match reads the QR code on each sheet and files every photo against the right match itself; take all six photos in one go. For the best read: turn the camera flash on (or photograph under good light), hold the phone square over the sheet so all four corner squares are in frame, and avoid shadows across the circles.
For a night no grade could play (venue trouble, weather). Pushes this night's remaining draw back one week, dates only, nothing is forfeited.
Ratings Central integration
Send a finished night straight to Ratings Central. Enter scores as usual, then come here: check the night, read the preview, and press the submit button. Nothing is ever sent automatically. When Ratings Central finishes processing, the official link appears on the fixtures page by itself.

How submissions run
Player links
Every player in a submitted night must either be linked to their Ratings Central profile or confirmed as brand new. Suggestions are only suggestions: always check the rating and last played date look right before confirming a link. Players registered under a different club on Ratings Central are fine: use Search (name, Ratings Central ID or TTA ID, any club) and link them. Linking never changes their club over there.
Fill-in from outside the club? Add them to the player list here (full name, spelt as it appears on the scoresheet), then link them to their Ratings Central profile or mark them as new.
Submit a night
Manual upload spreadsheet import and pasting links by hand
Upload the results spreadsheet
The original path, still here while scanning beds in. Drop in the weekly results Excel file(s), one per grade, both nights welcome, several at once is fine. Each file is read and shown below for checking before anything is saved. Importing the same week twice just replaces that week's data. Best to stick to one method per roster: mixing the spreadsheet and scanning in the same season can double up numbers.

Who can't make it
Players who've flagged a scheduled night they can't play, straight from their dashboards. Flags inside 24 hours of the match also email the roster coordinator (that address is set under Messages). By default this shows the next upcoming night for each playing day; search a date to see any other night.
Print scoresheets
One landscape A4 score sheet per match, pre-filled with the teams and players from the draw. Pick the night and week, hit Create, then print from the page that opens (or save it as a PDF). The builder below handles fill-ins and one-off tweaks; the defaults are right for a normal week.
Scoresheet builder fill-ins, format and extras
The tables this grade plays on. Matches take them in order; 3 and 4 player matches get two tables each and print a sheet per table.
Fill-ins
Someone being replaced tonight? Load the players, then type the fill-in's name next to the person they're standing in for. The fill-in's name is what prints (marked F/I), which is what Ratings Central needs.
Preview
The first sheet of the run, exactly as it prints.
Export teams and schedule
Print-friendly pages built straight from the live roster: the full teams list for a night, and the week by week schedule (who plays who, and when). Print them or save as PDF from the page that opens.
Start a new roster current and past rosters, go live, site rebuild
Three steps: download the template (it comes pre-filled with the current teams so you edit instead of retyping), fill in the new grades, teams and start dates, then upload it here. The draw is generated automatically. Nothing changes on the site yet: the upload lands in a sandbox under Current and past rosters below, where you can check every week of the draw before pressing Go live.

Member accounts
Every website login, including people who signed up through the membership form or were added by an admin and have never logged in yet. Name matches link to roster players automatically; anyone Unmatched needs the right player picked from their dropdown, then Save. Details opens a member's card: their membership form if they filled one in, plus contact details only admins can see. Tick one or more accounts and the actions that apply to them appear here; only deleting asks you to confirm, and deleting never touches roster results, just the login. The full detail on every action lives under Documentation.

Names in results
Every name that has appeared in results, from rosters and scanned scoresheets, and the player it belongs to. Names usually match automatically because rosters use full names; anything unmatched here (a fill-in, an old short name, a misspelling) needs connecting to the right player so their results, history and website account all line up. The match applies to all existing results and every future upload.
